Planning efforts are gearing up again with a bright outlook and high hopes for Riverfest On Tour! 2011. Our vision for this year’s event includes a celebration on Friday, July 29th at Genoa Park in downtown Columbus in partnership with WaterFire and the Center of Science and Industry (COSI). Individuals attending the event will be given the opportunity to canoe and/or kayak along the Scioto River, and to enjoy hands-on activities, an educational movie in the Extreme Screen Theater at COSI, and live music and entertainment by WaterFire. Riverfest On Tour! will also partner with Franklin County Metro Parks and other agencies during the month of July to promote water activities at other venues across central Ohio in the weeks leading up to the final celebration on July 29.

This will be the 9th year of Riverfest, and it could not be possible without the support of our local businesses and communities.  We make it easy and affordable to be among the event’s most visible supporters.
